Your information
Beta registration privacy.
This notice covers information you send in connection with this website. It is separate from the app’s Privacy Policy, which covers the RIDE app (the app has no RIDE account).
Updated October 22, 2026. RIDE is in development. Registering interest does not create a RIDE app account or enroll you in a Google Play test.
What we collect
When you send one of this website’s forms, what you typed is sent through RIDE’s form service, which runs on Cloudflare, and delivered as an email to the RIDE team’s mailbox. The website does not keep a database of submissions. You can also skip the forms and email ridesupport@proxiedmail.com yourself; an email carries your address and whatever you choose to write. If the form service cannot take your submission, the page offers an email draft in your own email app instead, and nothing leaves your device until you press send there.
The beta form sends your email address and your permission to contact you about the beta. You can also choose to share your country, phone model, Android version, whether you use a Wear OS watch, a short note about your setup, and whether you want occasional product updates. Those details are optional. The contact form sends the topic you pick, your message, your permission for RIDE to use it to respond, and your email address (optional for feedback; needed for a question or a privacy request so RIDE can reply). The removal form sends the email address to remove and your confirmation. Each message also carries the time it was received. Please leave out precise routes, home addresses, passwords, and other information we do not need.
What it is used for
The RIDE developer uses these emails to organise testing and contact interested riders about access, to answer questions, review feedback, or handle privacy requests. Product-update consent is optional and separate from beta contact.
The website does not add advertising trackers or send an automatic invitation email. No signup information is sold.
Where it is stored
Submissions arrive as emails in the RIDE team’s mailbox and stay there until they are no longer needed for the beta, or until you ask to be removed. The website and its form service keep no copy of them. Cloudflare, which hosts this website and its form service and delivers the email, processes your request, including the network information needed to deliver and protect it. Cloudflare, which delivers the email, also keeps its own delivery records (who the message was from and to, its subject line, and whether it was delivered) to run its email service. The RIDE team’s address is a forwarding address provided by ProxiedMail, so ProxiedMail also handles the message on its way to the RIDE team. To stop one visitor from sending the form repeatedly, the form service also notes the network address a submission came from. It is kept only in temporary memory for about ten minutes, as a scrambled value, and lost whenever the service restarts; it is not saved or added to the email.
Remove a registration
To be taken off the interest list, use the removal form on the Remove my registration page, or email ridesupport@proxiedmail.com and say what you would like. To withdraw contact permission or make another privacy request, use the contact form (choose “A privacy request”) or email the same address. The developer may need to confirm that the request concerns your own information before acting on it. Once a removal is confirmed, we delete your registration and any messages from you.
Website preferences
Your browser may remember the day or night theme you choose. That choice stays on your device. You can browse and register interest without signing in to anything.
