What happens next

A clear path from interest to feedback.

  1. Register interest

Send the form above, or email your interest to ridesupport@proxiedmail.com. Either way it reaches the RIDE team by email.

  2. Look out for an invitation

The team can contact you when testing is ready. Timing, supported devices and regions can vary.

  3. Opt in through Google Play

An invitation includes the current testing link. Registering here does not install the app or join the Play test.

  4. Share what you find

Explore while parked, use the app responsibly, and send feedback through the channel in your invitation.

No account or purchase
No RIDE account, login or purchase is required for closed-beta phone route planning or recording.
Route planning
Invited closed-beta route planning is unlimited. Standard builds have an allowance of 250 free route plans per calendar month; the beta exception does not carry over to public builds.
Wear OS
Optional Wear features need a paired Wear OS watch and matching phone and watch builds.
Your registration
The form sends your registration to the RIDE team by email. You can ask to be taken off the list at any time.

This website’s registration notice is separate from the app’s Privacy Policy; read the website signup privacy notice before you register. RIDE is pre-release software. Readings are estimates, and routes are suggestions. Read the rider safety notice.

What’s next

The road ahead.

Ideas we’re working on. No dates yet.

  • Speed limits: a posted-limit display for the US, from open map data. In development; nothing to try yet.
  • Richer places: trying open map data for more fuel, food and parking.
  • Beyond the US: places and twisty roads for other countries. An idea we’re looking at, not a promise.
